Finding Your Size

So you can find your right size and fit, we put as much guidance as we can on the website. We know you can never truly judge a garment until you’ve tried it on but by following the advice on each item, you can be confident you’ll pick the right size for you.

 

You can measure yourself first and refer to the Size Guide before you start shopping. Or you can click through from individual product pages once you’ve found a style you like.

 

Each product description also includes key measurements, fit advice and fabric information.

 

As we do sell exclusively online, we want you to be able to try on your garments and fall in love. But if you have any doubt, rest assured, our returns process is quick and easy, and our customer care team are expert advisers should you have any questions about the size or fit of your garment.

 

SHOPPING

Browse the collections and when you’ve picked your style, select your size and click Add To Cart.

 

From here you can click Continue Shopping at the top of the page to keep browsing or check the I Agree With The Terms and Conditions box and click Check Out to finalise your order.

 

If you have discount code (for example, by subscribing to our mailing list you’ll get a $25 off welcome code emailed to you) enter it in the Gift Card or Discount Code box and click to Apply.

 

Next enter your contact details and shipping address and click Continue To Shipping.

 

Select your Shipping Method and click Continue To Payment.

 

You can select whether you want to pay by credit card, Pay Pal or Afterpay. All transactions are secure and encrypted so you can rest easy entering your details.

 

Add a Billing Address and click Pay Now.

 

Your screen will change to confirm your order and you’ll be sent a confirmation email as well.

 

We’ll get busy packing your order and you’ll receive an email when it’s been dispatched. This will have in it a tracking number so you can keep an eye on how soon your L&F will be arriving at your door!
