Terms & Conditions

Our existing returns conditions do not apply to items purchased in our Zero Waste collection. This collection may include seconds, samples or end of line garments that can have imperfections such as print, fabric or construction inconsistencies. These garments cannot be returned for any of the following reasons and therefore by purchasing one or more of these products you are aware and acknowledge that they may have the following:-

  • fabric marks in general
  • fabric discolouration
  • print flaws
  • pulls or runs in fabric
  • fabric imperfections or scuffs
  • stitching issues
  • loose threads or stitching
  • stiff or faulty zipper (still functioning)
  • faulty lining
  • missing belts(ties)/clasps/buttons
  • colour bleed/s
  • variation in colours
  • marks (including texta) on label and/or tag
  • coloured stitching on label and/or tag
  • garment performance (through wear and/or wash) not up to our high L&F standards
  • twisting of sleeve seams
  • completed garment measurements outside our set specifications
  • labelled Leina Broughton

Lucky Dip items are picked at random within the categories of Tops, Dresses and Bottoms. Garments are pre-packed and Bundles are picked at random for each order. 

 

Zero Waste and L&F Rewards
  • L&F Rewards points cannot be used to purchase Lucky Dip Bundles or Zero Waste items.
  • Free Shipping Rewards can be applied to Lucky Dip Bundles and Zero Waste purchases. 
  • Rewards points can be earned on all Lucky Dip and Zero Waste purchases.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

A flat rate fee of $10 applies on all Express Shipping within Australia. As of now, we are providing FREE Shipping to New Zealand. For all international orders to Singapore, Canada & USA, there will be a flat rate of $25. Please note that we currently only offer international shipping to these countries.

Returns

Only keep what you love. We accept returns. Items must be returned to L&F HQ within 30 days of purchase except for those items labelled 'Final Sale' & Accessories such as Belts & Scarves (unless faulty).
