Ash from Fallen Leaf Herbalist, is a local herbalist who happens to create the most delicious and nourishing teas. Beautifully packed in eco friendly packaging, they're all made from high grade, organic ingredients.
This 'Nurture Me' sampler pack is my personal favourite combination. I like to start the day with A Whole Lotta Love, brew up the Liver Love midway through and round off with the Deep Sleep before bed. I enjoy the whole brewing process too, it becomes an act of mindfulness and nurturing in itself.
I stumbled across these Body Gratitude cards in a quaint bookshop at Eumundi Markets. When I started researching the creator, I came across this remarkable woman's bio:
